Free immunizations are available for children and adults in Chippewa County each month. Immunizations will not be given for any children under age 18 years unless a parent or legal guardian fills out and signs a permission form.

Consent forms can be printed off the Chippewa County Department of Public Health Web site at www.co.chippewa.wi.us. Bring and present the child’s immunization history. For more information call 726-7900 or (800) 400-3678. Clinic times and locations are:

- 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, July 7, Cornell Elementary school lunchroom, 417 Main St., Cornell. By appointment only.

- 9 to 10:30 a.m., Thursday, July 9, Bloomer Baptist Church, 2620 Duncan Road, Bloomer.

- 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., Monday, July 20, The Homeplace, 2225 East 4th Ave., Stanley. By appointment only.

- 3 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, July 22, Public Health Department, Room 123, Chippewa County Courthouse, 711 N. Bridge St., Chippewa Falls. By appointment only.

- 8:30 to 10 a.m., Tuesday, July 28, Chippewa County Courthouse. By appointment only.

- 4 to 6 p.m., Wednesday, July 29, Chippewa County Courthouse.
